All tickets are priced in U.S. Dollars
Payments are accepted via credit cards. Ticket Mahal accepts only Visa and MasterCard
Information related to Order Confirmation is sent via an email for every transaction.

Return Policy

Tickets purchased cannot be refunded. Please make sure that you go through the event details carefully before making the purchase.
Ticket Mahal is not liable for cancellation/postponement of any event for which tickets were purchased on this site.
Refunds in these scenarios need to be collected from the event organizer.
Contact information of the event organizer is included in the Order Confirmation

Shipping Policy

There is no shipping of tickets for the purchase made on this site. Please redeem the tickets at the event by providing the event Organizer with the Order Confirmation and Driver's license.
